Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Travel Hockey

No Refunds: Payments shall not be refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to the termination of membership for any reason. Fees: Processing fees associated with online payments are charged and collected directly by the payment processor, not by the Novi Ice Hockey Association. The Association does not receive any portion of these fees, and they are in addition to your program dues. We appreciate your understanding, as these fees support program management and secure and convenient online payment options.

House Hockey
