    Return To Play Standards / Safety Protocols / Arena Entry

    To speed up the process, safely enter the arena and meet MAHA requirements, please fill out the Novi Ice Arena Screening Form on your mobile device prior to entry. If you do not have a mobile device, a sign in sheet will be made available.

    Please keep the acceptance page visible on your phone and present it to the front desk, when receiving your temperature scan for entry.
