Coach “Hawk” has been a youth hockey coach for many years, teaching hockey to players from Mini-mite (6U) through Midget (16U) in house (Tier 3) and travel (Tier 2) divisions. His coaching philosophy prioritizes individual player and team development in an atmosphere that nurtures the love of the game, allows player to learn with the freedom to make mistakes, and an equal number of shifts regardless of play. Spencer’s #1 goal is to prepare players for higher levels of hockey they decide to pursue.
